Heavy drinking can cause or contribute to liver damage, cardiovascular disease and various kinds of cancer, instead of frequent intake of alcohol, mock tails and fruit infused sparkling water can be a better substitute.

  • Often go for a routine check

Get examined regularly by your doctor so that potential threats could be fished out before it gets critical. Somany people die yearly due to this carelessness which could have been handled at it’s earlier stage.

  • Drink water regularly

Frequent intake of water has a wide range of benefits  to human health which includes weight loss, increased brain performance, increased energy level, relieving constipation, treatment of  kidney stone, prevent hangover and lots more. Taking about 3.7 litres of water for men and 2.7 litres of water for women is a good start according to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
